Traditional Bed and Breakfast Lodge

The Lions Lair Lodge is well equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay regardless of the size of your party.

All of our rooms are strictly non smoking and have private ensuite facilities and have individually controlled central heating with a pleasant outlook from each window.

The Lodge itself has a communal lounge area with a large screen television that has satellite channels and FOXTEL. There is a pool table and board games to amuse the young and the old alike and there is a communal area with an upright refrigerator/freezer for the use of all our guests as well as a microwave to heat up a quick snack for the little ones. Tea and coffee making facilities are also included in the communal area with a selection of tea, coffee, milo, biscuits and fresh milk for all of our guests to use at anytime during their stay. For the most important meal of the day, Breakfast, we provide a full buffet breakfast each morning with a range of options to suit everyone – especially the Nespresso coffee machine with its cappuccinos and lattes!

Then for the all important ski and snowboard gear we have a secure ski and snowboard storage area, a drying room for your boots and clothing and a waxing room for those enthusiasts who want to give their equipment a fine tune (you do need to bring your own tuning equipment).

Car parking is available on site and which is a real bonus for our guests as overnight parking is not permitted in Smiggin Holes/Perisher but the Lodge has purchased the rights to allow our guests to park near the Lodge overnight. This additional cost is included in your nightly rate and you will receive a Parking Permit to display whilst parked on the premises. Unfortunately due to the limited spaces we can only allow 1 car per room.
